The research was found that risk of colon cancer was reduced by Eating Nut three or more time a week . And also it decreased the chance of colon cancer in women than men. The researchers examine types of colon cancer ,Area to find cancer and eating nut was associated with a reduced chance the different areas and included many types of nuts in analysis , peanut was famous and widely consumption . But they not study a relationship of cause-and- effect between consumption nut and chance of colon cancer . In addition , The researchers hypothesized that nuts have some of fiber and antioxidants .So nuts may help reduce a person's risk of colon cancer. Although The research has a limitation that participants were asked to recall their own nut intake.
