Your role:
Primary Role:
Proactively recruiting and ensuring constant level of new applications from various sources.
Setting appointments, screening and interviewing of candidates for management
Maintain and achieve monthly recruitment targets and providing regular reports to management.
Secondary Role:
Supporting monthly payroll
Performing employee introductions, development & training assessment
Other Administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
23+ years old with Bachelors in Any field
At least 2 years’ of recruiting experience (experience in other HR fields optional)
MS Office literacy
High motivation and absolute reliability
Result oriented
Discrete manner.
Good command in English and Thai, both writing and speaking
Good communication skills
Extroverted personality and proactive attitude
