I'm a new accounting & admin manger who joined CNI -Thailand on 23.7.15 .
Please kindly advice and clarify some issue for me as below:
1. Have you got any template for monthly report that would like Thailand to submit to HQ in order for easier for the consolidation FS?
2. I have to implement the local account system in Thailand so I need to know the template for my setup.
3. Currently CNI Thailand has opened the 2 current bank accounts (Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) & City Bank)
For SCB is only K.Pana who can authorized cheque for the operation expenses how about City Bank is he an authorizer ?
4.CNI Thailand has started using SCB Business net for our commission pay out since early of June 2015 .Do the company have policy to do the payment online of other expenses?
5. Why CNI choose to opening only current bank account instead of opening saving account together? The balance of funds can get some interest of we have park that fund in saving account instead of get nothing on current account.
I would like to know company policy of bank authorizer & director .
Why company is not add more director who can has a power of bank authorizer ?
There are 4 directors in Thailand.
1.Mr.Pana Viwatpanachart 2. Mrs. Wong chew fong
3. Mr.Ko Ho Loon 4. Mr.Chan Kok Leong
I'm sorry if I wrote the wrong name in English.
Would you like me to arrange to add some more person who has a power of bank authorizer?
Why am I asking about this matter? Because I have to arrange to open new more bank account for member deposit to expend our business .
Meanwhile ,if we are stop using service in accounting of K.Pana then we can mange our own .
I'm sorry to ask you this issue because I would like to understand the policy .
