Beef meat with fat was excised from three beef
carcasses at the butcher's shop (after 3 hrs of
slaughtering and dressing) and used separately as
replication of samples (three separate replicates). The
obtained beef meat for each carcass was divided into
samples of approximately 150 g and aerobically
packaged in polyethylene pouches which were sealed
by heat. The observed samples for each carcass
replicate were subdivided into 4 groups of samples for
irradiation treatments.
