In the past, the mostly intermediary of hotel is travel agent but in the present had developed of technology which have to use the internet more than it made easy to reservation or buying the service of hotel without intermediary, caused to transparency of the price to customer.
Customer
Customer is the key factor of hospitality and tourism industry or customer is God. We must consider the need and satisfaction of the customer.it make customer feel good about our service and want to come back to use and buy the service repeat. So customer affect directly to our business.
Competitor
We will view the strength of competitor what they have better than our hotel and bring it to develop better.
We will create something that can attraction and make it strength and uniqueness of our hotel
We will use many strategy to attraction the customer , select and use of the best strategy that be in mind of customer.
