What Darrel mention is good and I think it's the best and by far the most fair thing you can do for us. Let us know which support Q-no. are they at now? So we can at the very least know how long more are we gonna wait or maybe to see if it even moved or skipped us.

I'm not receiving any responses from the support team nor the company. There are people who reported later than me & have alr gotten back their accounts. Did they skipped our ticket Q-no. by accident? If so, please inform them. All this waits can really make 1 loses interest with the game.
I've been checking my requested ticket support and sad to see that I'm not getting any replies. Please refer to my post for my ticket Q-no. and such. As mentioned, if they need more information before they can verify that I'm the owner and return the account to me, I'm more than happy to do so.
