I am sorry but we impose this condition on all DIN employees around the world …including Pakistan.
There will be no exception.
As to whether it is enforceable in respective jurisdiction, …..DIN cannot legally enforce it unless we are prepared to pay compensation for the 1 year period.
We do not want to pay the compensation and we are only using this document as a deterrent like most other MNC practice.
Hence pls do not change the Letter of Undertaking or spend time checking the law of the countries.
