Human skill can be classified into human control skill and
human motion skill. Human control skill is considered as a
human decision making process to select the appropriate
motions to execute the task according to the states. Human
Since modeling and transferring human control skill and
human motion skill have immensurable advantages, how to
extract human skills and create a skill model arouses many
researchers’ interests. Suc reconstructed human control skill
through human control strategies [4]. Utilizing both human
control trajectories and computation, Duan synthesized a
state-action map to realize human control skill transfer
process [5]. Chow tried to transfer human navigational skill to
wheel chair [6]. These researchers limited their research to
the analysis and extraction of control skills. Taking the
advantages of several operators’ assembly motions, Duan
synthesized new assembly motions to improve novice
operator’s assembly performance successfully [1]. Maeda
recorded and analyzed human manipulation motions to let the
manipulators reproduce human manipulation motions [7].
Gagnon employed several cameras and force sensors to
analyze the different knee movement strategies between the
expert operators and the novice operators [8]. These studies
realized the human motion skill transfer process successfully,
but did not include human control skill factors. In sum, these
researchers did not extract and transfer both human control
skill and human motion skill. Consequently, their results are
not enough to realize the complete human skill transfer
process.
