Wind energy,beingrenewableprovidesagreatopportunityto
generateenergyduetoitsabundance.
Wind turbinesarethosewhichconvertthekineticenergy
present inthewindtomechanicalenergyandeventuallyinto
electricity.Thehistoryofwindturbinesoriginatesaround200B.C
somewhereinPersiabutthe first practicalwindmillswere
developed in7thcenturyinIranandwerecalledtheSistanwind
