For information, if you return back reminding finding coils to TMS, we will face difficulties to analyze wire-break, except edge of coil is the real wire-break part.
If edge of coil is cut part (cut by cutter during taking out from drawing machine), we can’t analyze.
We can do analysis properly on wire-break edge, so we can decide wire-break type and then find out the real root-cause and set up the right counter-measure.
So, due to this issue, please accept our proposal to try to use the remain coils in your drawing process.
But before you try to use, please cut edge of wire near to wire-break edge around 50 kgs and then reject (claim to TMS).
During drawing process, if you find wire break again, stop process and then please send wire-break sample to us for analysis.
And also for the tangling finding ( Coil no. 890-95, 892-95) please try to use after take out some qty (may be around 50 kgs) which is tangling and then rejected and claim to TMS.
Because we think this tangling finding is spot problem, only on top part of coil.
And also refers to your answer to my question (your email email dated 23 May 2016) as follows:

Refers to this information we know that remain coil inside basket has good coil shape, so we would like to propose to you to try to use.
If tangling still happen, please stop to use and claim to TMS.
About tangling finding, please share us more detail about the real condition during finding.
From pictures we can see there is 3 basket below one pay off.
Do you supply 3 wires (from 3 baskets) at the same time to one payoff and then go to drawing process?
Or only 1 wire at the same time?
