Provide training to new joiner and all employee for refresh training and new activity include update and keep training record
•Working with HSE Manager to improve unsafe condition in workplace
Provide PPE and safety equipment to employee (support purchasing process for PPE and safety equipment)
•Control contractors by coordinate with HSE manager in process of verify the working method of contractor, give HSE induction to contractor before work, inspection the safety of tool and working area before give permit to work to the contractor, observation and take record result of their work
•Coordinate with HSE Manager and HSE Committee for site safety walk
•Coordinate with HSE Manager in safety inspection activity such as inspection machine safety device, carnage, lifting equipment, forklift, material lift, etc.
•Coordinate with HSE Staff to inspection the readiness of fire detection and prevention system such as smoke detector fire alarm bell, etc.
•Inspection waste water sump
•Support HSE Manager to follow up the corrective action for make sure the non-compliance issue was correction include update list of HSE New laws
•Preparation, record and submit related HSE documentation to government
•Support and coordinate with HSE Manager for ISO 14001 system by join in audit activity, audit report, issue and close CAR-PAR
•Registration and control HSE Documentation
•Support and coordinate with HSE Manager to held on the all emergency drills
