Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness has post exercise onset of 8-10 hours with soreness peaking 24-48 hours post exercise [1-3]. Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness often develops after resistance training especially after the intensity and volume of training are increased, the order of exercise is changed or a new training regime is performed [4]. Numerous interventions aimed at alleviating Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness has been proposed like Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) [5], ultrasound [6] and the administration of aspirin and other anti-inflammatory drugs [7], steroids [8] and vitamin C and other antioxidants [9].
