Troubleshooting
Check that your Apple ID password has not expired since you last entered it into the Watchman Monitoring Server.
Occasionally, the GSX integration will not use the current password, despite it working to login to GSX. In these instances, changing your Apple ID password helps.
The integration is tested in the USA, and coded to work anywhere GSX is available. Any Subscriber worldwide is encouraged to report any failures to determine warranty status. Report GSX Lookup Issues
