levels of folate in Pinot Noir. Although we found that this result
reflects the importance of yeast in determining the folate content
of wine, it was of interest that no statistically significant difference
was observed between S. cerevisiae and S. bayanus strains
in their ability to produce folate in either Chardonnay or Pinot Noir
