Job Description:
• Respond to prospect for all training services enquiry
• Provide training services proposal report sending to prospect or client as requested
• Conduct technical follow up for providing training information and all technical clarification to prospect
• Prepare all training materials as required by course guideline, tutor manual and related training procedures, preparation of training material.
• Ensure all prepare training material are up to date and its revision are control.
• Responding to all client inquiries on certification, training, and planning issues in an effective efficient manner.
• Organize appropriate arrangement with clients for in-house training and public training to ensure sure that all arrangement of done properly.
• Answering the telephone and recording all of the information from customer enquiries
• Assist in preparing and copying materials for Training courses.
• Carry out the required report writing, copying, and filling as assigned.
• Maintain training Quality records in according to local system procedure and all course manual/procedures.
• Gathering and summarizing of all Training Evaluation Sheets and sending reports to management for review.
• Ensure the correct and effective processing / preparing of training certificates or any recommendation letters as required - turnaround time as per identified KPI
• Operate the local document control system for all local document include local instruction, forms, document change notice, standards document, technical documents
• Informing relevant managers of any client complaints, any system problems inefficiencies.
• Support to manage project and support training section head / training manager as assignment.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or related field
• 0 - 2 years of working experience
• Proven communication / interpersonal skills
• Good communication skill in English
• Pleasant personality, Co-operative and service mind.
• Good in computerization system, Fluent in power point application
• Be able to operate web base training database, provide training services information
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Office clerical experience
