For the whole nation among 10 years after the reform, actually, it was sure China’s economic growth characterized “conditional convergence” by the convergence rate of about 2% each year, and in the period, the regional disparity of China’s economic growth was decreasing gradually. After 1990, however, the regional disparity of China’s regional disparity was increasing by the convergence rate of about -1% year by year. Similar to the increase or decrease of the regional disparity in whole nation, the regional disparity of each three region was decreasing along with the convergent character of economic growth in the first 10 years after the reform and then increasing along with the unconvergent character of economic growth after 1990. It meant that the regional disparity was enlarging gradually thus far not only in the whole nation, but also in each region, and the government should take some measures to retard the unremitting increase of regional disparity.
