Audit that each area leader (e.g. supervisor, manager, etc.) implements his safety responsibilities as specified in the relevant contract.
Distribution adherence to site safe working practices.
Distribution adherence to the requirements defined in the ABCT Safety Policy.
Ensure consistent application of the DSM standard in transporter selection, contract preparation, contract award, orientation/training, monitoring and managing transporter’s work and periodic evaluation.
