Dear KeepSafe customer,
Yesterday, October 3, 2014, the KeepSafe app was crashing. Every iOS8 device was affected.
If you did not delete KeepSafe, none of your data was in danger, as it is stored safely on your phone.
There is an update available in the App Store now and everything is working normally. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Below please find additional details on what happened.
The Situation

On October 2nd, Apple approved a new KeepSafe version. All apps are tested and reviewed by Apple, who ensures that everything is working as it should.
Unfortunately, there was a mistake in the process and KeepSafe did not work on iOS8. KeepSafe was not the only app affected by this.
What did we do to fix it?
==================
As soon as we learned of the problem we submitted a new version to Apple.
On October 4, the issue was resolved and an updated version is now available for download.
What happened to your data?
=====================
Your data is stored on your phone, within the KeepSafe app. It is safe. As long as you do not uninstall or delete KeepSafe, your data will remain there.
If your app is crashing, go to the App Store and update your KeepSafe.
If you had the KeepSafe Private Cloud turned on, then your pictures are safe on your device as well as safely backed up in the KeepSafe Private Cloud.
