Renewable energy sources can be a good substitute of the fossil
fuels which are being terminated fast [7]. Biomass is formed
from living species like plants and animals [2]. Biomass is the
name given to any organic matter which is derived from plants
and animals. That is plant and animal materials such as wood
from forests, crops, seaweed, material left over from agricultural
and forestry processes, and organic industrial, human and animal
wastes [1]. Biomass may be the purpose-grown energy crops,
agricultural residues and wastes. Biomass is the fourth largest
primary energy resource in the world. The amount of biomass
that a plant produces depends mainly on the amount of solar energy
the plant receives and the amount it can store as carbohydrates
[8].
