Sugar is not an ideal fuel for the body. Instead it acts more like the body's enemy. It causes weight gain and obesity. Which can lead to many serious illnesses as well as death. Sugar appears to be responsible for a range of other diseases and conaitions such as cancer, diabetes, tooth decay, and gout,and it is actually not at all nutritious for your body. OF course. as with many things in life row sugar in moderation is both healthy and desirable.
