The Formulation of Corporate Plan years 2555-2559: 2011
AMP Group was commissioned by TCL to prepare its Corporate Plan for the next 5 years (2555-2559) to be comprehensive and consistent with all relevant policies. The main components of the Corporate Plan include projects, planning, budgets, implementation periods, risk management and the application of Balanced Scorecard Concepts (BSC) concepts to enable translation of the Corporate Plan into Annual Action Plans.
