please note as per the process in the current month's payroll leave/absence is reported based on the last month's Time and Attendance file. The Time and Attendance file which you have received alongwith the input files for the current month is reflecting last months details which does not contain any details for the new hired employee. As the employee 's hire date is 18/8/2014, so if the employee avails any leave the same will be reflected in the next months Time and Attendance sheet which you have to report in September' 2014 payroll.
