The Joetsu Tokyo Nodai Organic Farm is the farm that has been developed by the Joetsu Tokyo NODAI, Inc. Two of the words in these are the acronyms as NODAI is the abbreviation of Nogyo (agriculture) Daigaku (university) and Tokyo is from the Tokyo University of Agriculture (TUA). An organic farm is located in the Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture. The farm has many organic products to serve for the customers such as rice (Koshihikari), zucchini, pumpkin, kushinsai, potato, sweet potato, radish, buckwheat and many more different kinds of vegetables. All of these have been produced in the organic ways and certified by JAS Law.
