The reliability of the test was considered. There are different methods of estimating reliability. These include:
test-retest, parallel form, spilt-half, Kuder-Richardson 20/21 and Cronbach Alpha. The method appropriate for the
study is Kuder-Richardson 20. This is because the Achievement Test is a multiple choice objective with
dichotomized response (either pass = 1 or fail = 0). This is related to the approach on reliability by Uzunoz (2011),
and Osadebe (2001).
