• Has shift responsibilities and is accountable to the Manager/Supervisor for the smooth running of the section/area designated
• Supervise, oversee and assist subordinates at all period in service
• To assist in conducting training for the subordinates to maintain on a constant basis the highest possible service and conduct in a first class manner
• Involve, prepare pre-service meeting/roll call for staff
• Keep the Manager/Supervisor informed on all items of interest
• Upkeep of the restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard
• To attend all meetings and training programs when required
