Overall we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel it was exceptional value for money and the staff were very nice. One word of caution for you guys from out of town. We were approached by a guy out the front of the hotel pretending to be a hotel employee just finishing work. He asked us where we are heading and we said to the MBK shopping mall. He then told us that that day was an election day and the shopping malls were closed but he knew another place that was open. Then his friend arrived in a Tuk Tuk to conveniently take us there. We didn't like the sound of it and decided to not accept their offer and as it turned out the story was a lie the shops were open. Be careful if anyone says something is closed as they often are trying to con you to another location where they seemingly get spotters fees or referral fees from those locations which often includes a visit on the way to a dodgy tailors shop...
