No discrete liver mass or thrombus in portal vein evident.
No demonstrable gallstone or dilated bile duct.
Few tiny-small gallbladder polyps. No acute cholecystitis.
Prominent spleen, measuring 12.9cm in length. A 0.8cm accessory spleen.
Pancreas is obscured by much overlying bowel gas.
Few cysts in both kidneys with largest cyst (about 2.0cm in size)
in the right kidney. No solid renal mass demonstrated.
Small calcification (cyst wall calcification or stone) in the right kidney. No hydronephrosis.
Right and left kidneys are measured, about 10.3cm and 9.8cm in length, respectively.
Right and left renal cortical thickness, measuring about 0.7-1.0cm and 0.8-1.1m, respectively.
Urinary bladder shows no discrete mass or stone.
Prostate gland is not enlarged. No ascites.
