Assist Director of Sales to supervises, coordinates and manages administrative office to support functions of the Sales Department. The Admin Manager will manage all aspect of administrative office functions, schedules and administrative support staff in the Sales Department, and provides leadership, direction and guidance in all office administration process and procedures in the Department. The Admin Manager will act as an effective liaison between various sales divisions of the Department and between other departments on administrative matters
The Admin Manager will develop goals and priorities on administration tasks and projects, develop admin staff skills and admin training plans, counsels, trains and coach admin staff under his / her supervision
