How can I best express this, in a Christian way, without hurting anyone? I'm here for friendship and pen pal writing, however, if you are male, or married/taken, or more than 1000 miles away from Toronto, my interest will magically disappear...
I'm just being realistic. All single people do have hopes...and what better way to learn about someone than through friendship and writing? This does not mean every person I write to is a marriage candidate!!
Oh, and I love having fun with this, since so many of you are paranoid of scammers and don't want anyone to ask you for money. In my case, please DO ask me for money. I'd be honoured. Whether I send you any depends on how convincing you are that you really need it for a genuinely honourable purpose, and truthfully, if I happen to like you. Lest you get the wrong idea, here's an example: I once sent a girl I was chatting with on Yahoo! messenger, 2 tickets to see Phantom of the Opera via ticketmaster in Ohio or Wisconsin (don't remember now)...I had planned to travel there to meet her eventually, but I couldn't due to work. She ended up going with her mother...and they had a wonderful time. That made me very happy, even though I never did meet that girl!
Why, you ask? Well, when you get to my age, and are still single and never married, there comes a point when I wish someone *would* like me for my money... Sounds bad, I know, but believe me, it's better than being ignored altogether, or to live out a life basically alone :/ Do I sound desperate?! Haha...
But, as with others' requests, please do NOT call me dear, sweetie, or say how much you like my pictures...I definitely will NOT like that, and I will be very suspicious of your real intentions. I know Canada has free health care, but I'm not here to bring you to Canada!!
