The fact is that I went to your hotel, and talked to your lady receptionist, and finally she referred to you ( I saw and heard when she was talking to you at the right hand side of counter). She did made duplicate of my passport but return to me said ok, and also confirm to me that I did not to make any paper acknowledgement. The booking contact is voided without any charges.
Main reason because your staff wanted to get hot cash and I was not enough of it. Nevertheless, you agreed with her and accepted to cancel this transaction. I knew you have good sale on that day, however I appreciated her assistance, but hardly believe at the end it was not that case. I indeed wanted to know how is unreasonable transaction happening; your hotel or booking.com who charged me.
