Hi All,
Everybody have to take annual leave as follows:
Thailand – 25th Dec, 26th Dec, 27th Dec, 29th Dec, 30th Dec, 2nd Jan = 6 annual leave days
The business will run essential services only, which will be defined by the Executive of each area & region. Personnel required to work over the ‘break’ will be nominated in consultation between staff & management and Executives are required to provide the payroll department with names of personnel and reason for the decision to work by the 30th September 2014.
All staff globally are expected (other than those nominated to work) to apply for leave for this period by the 30th of September 2014. Should staff not apply for leave, leave will be automatically recorded, if staff have not been nominated to work.
If you do not have enough annual leave in the system to cover this period then it will be entered as leave without pay.
