Controlling and monitoring project cost expenditures against the progress of work and assisting the Project Manager with preparing project cost status updates and reports.
Initiating cost and process improvements and driving their implementation.
Initiating required actual comparisons/analysis and measurement to ensure the transparency of the internal processes and cost situation.
Cost controlling: supervising cost controlling costs and sources of cost improvement analysis.
Ensuring the correctness and proper execution of the budget process and compliance with all regulations and standards.
Executing month-end CO closing procedures.
Analysing postings in SAP to ensure the correctness of accounts, cost centres and profit centres.
Performing forecast evaluations.
Ensuring correct and reliable costing based on internal standards.
Measuring, reporting and monitoring of project progress, schedule forecasting, KPIs, the timely identification of potential delays, risks and opportunities identification, and the establishment of mitigating measures and corrective actions.
