This section is a mountain road through the Dawna Mountains. Although there is evidence that the road was treated with emulsion pavement once, at the time of the survey when the study team visited, the Pavement had been damaged completely due to heavy vehicle traffic and the impact of the rain. In addition, there are places on this
road too narrow to construct two lanes. It operates under the daily reality of restricting traffic to one lane
either going up or coming down .To address this predicament through this section of the road, separately from the rest of mountain road, new road construction has commenced that will result in a two-lane asphalt-paved road.
the new access road will be available for public use during the year 2014
