Trichoderma to inhibit S. rolfsii when stored in
cassava seed oil and cassava leaf powder for 18
months was reduced by only 9.02% and 11.37%
respectively when compared with the
antagonistic capacity of fresh culture of the same
strain of T. harzianum. It is interesting to note
that Trichoderma stored in all the other carriers
significantly lost their antagonistic ability
throughout the incubation period (Fig. 3)
