You came back to work today 16th of December after leaving your office on 11th of December after having hard discussion with the Cpndo B juristic manager. You could not leave your post on 11th without approval and you could not be absent without approval of the Juristic Manager or Board committee members. Any retrocative vacation demand can be approved without exceptional authorization. As I informed you this morning you are undeer disciplinary action for what happened the 11th of December between you and the Juristic Manager.
The Board committee members will meet you to inform you of their decision. We remind you it is the second time this type of event happened and you already receive one warning for that
We will inform you of the date when the committee members will have the meeting and will meet you. The meeting should be on 23rd of December but need to be confirmed.
By that time you continue to perform your job and follows the Juristi Manager decisions
