Look at the volume, seem not a lot per each CA. But still a lot pending at credit admin. Please help distribute case to credit first thing in the morning so credit analyst have enough time to look to the case and have time for RLOC to prepare contract. Please note that we have to keep our reputation.
Please also note that we do need approval result by 3pm as much as possible

First of all, thank you K.Sukit to facilitate the 2 tables below. For the first table we will distribute applications across analysts equally which is our normal practice and 85 cases are doesn’t matter to resolve within time line, 3 pm., if front end cooperate to prepare the good quality of applications.
The second table, admin staff will check whether those applications are ready to hand over to analysts or not. If it is not reaching our team then admin staff will inform you on Monday morning.
K.Jesada will be the one to conduct of both tables to make sure that PFS Credit Team can serve BU in an appropriate way.
We always do realize the customer experience and try hard to support BU with limited resources.
