Further dilutions were made in sterile salt pan water (by adding
10 mle90 ml of the salt pan water). Further the 101, 102 and 103 dilution were
plated (100 ml) on to each media plate supplemented with Nalidixic acid (25 mg/ml)
and Nystatin (25 mg/ml) at the respective salinities.
