A. Corfiguration Management
A capable configuration management process could be planned and implemented referring to IEEE Std 828-Standard for Software Configuration Management Plan [3], which describes four main activities: 1) configuration identification, 2) configuration control, 3) configuration status accounting, and 4) configuration audits and reviews. All four major activities are involved in the problem-solving and managing the delivery by the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consult-before, Inform-after) Matrix as depicted in Table 1 [4] for defining roles and responsibility as well as analyzing the workload. Roles in the management and configuration consist of:
