The purposes of this research was to
(1) Study the processes of the efficient of the service
(2) To study to problems the working in customer service
(3) To understand and improve the working in customer service by having a qualitative study model. This research was conducted using by staff of United Thai logistics Company Limited from section. Documentary evidence and reports were also used in support. Interviews of the customer service workers were also conducted. Other researches on similar problems were studied on how to improve service management system.
