These are my opinion about Thai business.
Firstly as you know, we KAT are business window and total coordination between customer and partner.
And we are doing the best to provide good service to customers every day and every time.
But as you know there are some trouble and urgent order while operating and deal to every problem and matter.
In these situation, sometimes we didn’t open the window to you about the reason why track order so delay, why track
canceled and why there are trouble in delivery place?
I think we should consider and analyze why these problem happened in deeply to provide much better service as customer satisfaction.
Secondly KET,KCLT,KSV and KAT have been group company although each company is different role.
So we never think KET is subcon. I think you are one of the best partner as KONOIKE group.
Although I said like these, there are misunderstanding each other especially when trouble happened.
I heard former MD and KET exchange agreement especially extra fee and order time.
But it may be a dead letter.
I think in these vague situation, we never be Win-Win relationship as Konoike Thai Group.
So now I make new flow about Export and Import shipment. And make new agreement between us.
And please have time to discuss and make new agreement.
Today I will go to KCLT as OC meeting if you have time, I will explain to you about this matter.
