Saravanan brought up an issue that all us Administrators are facing in JDU since the October 10th update. When we proxy in as someone with only Training Coordinator permissions, we cannot enter their “My Employees” view – we do not have the button to click. This makes it difficult to support dealers when they call in for help. For now, we are all doing our best with what we know about JDU to help the dealers. We have put in an enhancement request with the vendor to try to resolve this issue and get the “My Employees” button back.
