researching, analyzing, and evaluating opportunities for
the development and use of Banner modules to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the
application’s use by the internal functional users at the division level. The incumbent will utilize this
information to make recommendations pertaining to Banner related projects and will coordinate the
implementation of these projects. As modules are developed and implemented, the incumbent will be
responsible for creating and updating Standard RDC Banner Operating Procedures to ensure consistency
in use amongst end-users. A component of this position is to develop and implement a training plan for
the Banner end-users at RDC as modules are altered and developed.
