We use some adverb to describe how frequently we do an activity.
These are called adverb of frequency and include.

• In affirmative statements, we put frequency adverb after the verb be and before main verbs.
- I am sometimes lazy.
- I always play football on the weekend.
• In negative statements, we put frequency adverb after or before be + not or do + not . Always comes after be + not or do + not.

• In question, we put frequency adverb after subject.
