The PWA/PVA nanofiber membranes were successfully prepared
from PWA/PVA solution supported by non-woven fabric
via electrospinning. The nanofiber of 12 wt% PVA concentrations
and 20 wt% PWA content presented average fiber diameter of
157.2 nm and BET surface area of 66.76 m2 g1. FTIR analysis
shows that there existed the interaction between PWA and PVA
in PWA/PVA nanofiber. DSC and TG analysis revealed that PWA/
PVA nanofiber had a good thermal stability. The kinetic parameters
and effectiveness diffusion factors confirmed that the catalytic performance
of nanofiber membrane was higher than that of NKC-9.
SEM–EDX and IEC results guarantee the excellent catalytic stability
of the PWA/PVA nanofiber and kept a stable conversion in 10 days
