Our partner is a leading independent US company who provides solutions in costing, repairing, and servicing for various sizes of manufacturers, serving in many countries around the world including Thailand.
They are seeking for effective strong leadership skills and individual with good interpersonal skills to join their team.
Responsibilities:
•Work with Purchasing and Planning to reduce and maintain Inventory Levels, reduce and control SMO and coordinate future purchases in line with requirements.
•Understand Raw Material (RM), Work In Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG) Inventory and coordinate reduction and maintenance with planning.
•Work with Purchasing , Warehouse, Operation for Replacement Part (FG) ordering & allocation in order to get optimize inventory, Sale profit.
•Work with CMS to identify and categorize “all” FG inventory .
•Work with CMS to ensure all WIP and FG inventory identified as Surplus or Excess has the correct.
•Acquire a paperwork for traceability when necessary.
•Ensure (Prepare) that all identified inventory for shipment with trace paperwork and ship to CMS.
•In conjunction with the Plant Controller will coordinate monthly inventory updates to the CMS database.
•Facilitate the plants Inventory Forecasting process.
•Participate in weekly Cash Calls with the Plant Financial Controller and corporate Finance and Inventory team.
•Participate in bi-weekly Inventory Reduction Updates with the Plant General Manager, Plant Controller, COO and Corporate Finance.
•Prepare actions and manage annual inventory count and regular customer consignment checks.
•Improve working procedures or technical knowledge in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company working procedures.
•Prepare bi-weekly or monthly, quarterly, yearly inventory & SMO forecast report.
Qualifications
•Highly educated in Business Management / Finance/ Project Management / Supply Chain – Bachelor’s Degree minimum requirement.
•An excellent communication skill is essential and must speak English fluently.
•Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
•Excellent planning skills and an ability to lead a team to action plans effectively.
•Track record of executing projects to achieve targets.
