The Boston Society of Landscape Architects is the oldest chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, founded in 1913. BSLA is one of the largest chapters in the nation with members throughout Massachusetts and Maine.
Governance is by an elected Executive Committee and Committee Chairs and hundreds of volunteers actively serve on committees and task forces. BSLA advocates on behalf of the profession and provides networking, professional development, and social events for members and allied professionals. BSLA supports the student chapters in three colleges and annually awards up to three scholarships. Check out our Calendar of Events for more details.
