Have to start the work on the farmer lists, maps, OSP, FS/FH, ICS (if applicable). Kindly get the field officer to prepare the docs and send them to me for finishing.
The OSP, FH/FS docs too need to go to Thilini / Shashie soon.
In the application, it may be mentioned that the OSPs will reach her soon.

Field diary & FO visit check list -
I hope the new FO is keeping a record of his inspection visits in the field diary as well as in the FO visit check list. One is attached for your guidance to instruct the FO. Oh may have but not sure. These will come up for inspection.
Field officer agreement - Please ask him to read and sign the document. Must be maintained by him in the office ICS folder.
Farmer agreement - Attached for signing by the farmer. One copy for the office ICS folder. One for the farmer folder.
You will recollect that both yours and Oh's field notes were found to be excellent at last inspection. The FO's too should be good as this is what proves that he visits the farmers.
Procedures: These are in DROP BOX. May need to be printed and placed in the Procedures
Please instruct the FO to carry out the work so that you do not have to.
