Here are some advice from our Product Manager:
1) In the machine it is possible to set the upper pressure (force) limit the machine will give an alarm. Preset is 120 N. So if pressure gets higher during sealing the machine gives alarm. So that is indicating that something thicker is put in or materials are folded or something else causing the high pressure. If the seal is good and machine gives wrong alarm then the limit should be changed higher.
2) There can be small deviation in temperature with a max. 5 degrees and if out of limits the machine do not work. It is normal and you need to wait that machine will be in the limits again. So when changing the temperature or starting the machine – it may say TOO HIGH or TOO LOW as the temperature is out of limits compared to set temperature.
3) Sorry I do not understand what is meant by flick here. Could elaborate further?
