1) The supervisor must arrive at TST before operating time (date and time will set by TST) in order to check:
Containers, the volume must be as same as the volume that shows in the
invoice and packing list.
Unpacking crew, the number of the crew and name must be as same as the
list that we’ve submitted to TST.
All equipment, such as forklift, crane etc. must arrive as we’ve arranged.
2) Contact the security guard at the gate, to get the visitor cards for all the crew as the permission to enter the factory.
3) Contact the PIC of TST, so they will let us get in and lead us to the job site.
4) Check with the PIC which container should open first, so we will let that container to get in before the other.
5) Once this container has arrived at the unpacking area, we must check the seal at container door whether it’s in the good condition. If it’s OK, then cut the seal and open the door.
6) Unloading the machines (in wooden cases) to the ground and put them in the row. After that check the condition of the wooden cases. If found damaged, take photograph, and call the PIC of TST to inspect.
7) Ask assist from TST for unpacking sequence, which machine should unpack and bring to production line first, and which will be following.
8) After each machine was completely unpacked, we must inspect the condition of the machines. If there’s any damaged, we must take photograph and call TST to inspect.
9) If the machine was in good condition, we can deliver the machines to the designated area position them at the spot where the engineer has marked.
10) If some machines need leveling after positioning, we will level the machines by leveling instrument.
11) After all the unpacking and positioning has completed, we must clean the area until as clean as the condition before we started the operation.
