1. Ensure the continuing profitability of AMOS Thailand as an operational business, in line with financial targets, in the scope of the described services.
2. Working together with senior AMOS stakeholders, develop and maintain a viable long term IT strategy for AMOS Thailand and ensure successful integration with Group stategies.
3. Ensure that IT platforms are developed within the guidelines of Group standards and that reusability remains at the forefront of new application developments.
4. Closely monitor working practices throughout the AMOS Thailand organisation to ensure that quality assurance, security and proper project management processes are employed.
5. Manage customer relationships with key clients ensuring the appropriate balance between cost efficiency, delivery, security and standards.
6. Support, end to end, all project activities within the described services and ensure a smooth transition from legacy to new global standards as required.
7. Provide support for integrated AWP/Allianz innovation pilots on an adhoc basis
8. Drive oneWeb mobile product delivery and establish Mobile CCC support function
